• ASA powder blue pullover
• Gray long pants
• Black belt with silver buckle
• Black socks
• All black shoes
• White T-shirt (optional) - V or crew neck
• ASA navy hat - 4 (plate only), 6 or 8 stitch
• ASA ball bag

Slow Pitch

• ASA powder blue pullover
• Navy shorts or navy long pants
• Black belt with silver buckle
• ASA long or ankle socks (worn w/shorts)
• All black shoes
• White T-shirt (optional) - V or crew neck
• ASA navy hat - 6 or 8 stitch
• ASA ball bag

Necessary Equipment for All Umpires

• Ball-strike-out indicator
• Plate brush
• Pen or pencil (carried in ball bag)
• All black face mask w/ black throat
protector & black strap (FP only)

Optional Uniform & Equipment

• Navy blue ASA jacket
• Navy blue ASA sweater
• Navy blue turtle neck or mock turtle neck
(worn only if jacket is worn)
• Gray long pants

• Chest protector - black or navy blue
(worn under the shirt)
• Shin guards - black or navy blue
(worn under the pant legs)
• Line-up holder (carried in ball bag)
• Flipping coin (carried in ball bag)
• Timepiece - hung on fence or carried in
pocket (not worn on wrist or belt)
• Equipment bag - to carry all this stuff in
